Ca publica\u021bie de specialitate online, <em>Revista Bistri\u021bei<\/em> se bazeaz\u0103 pe respectarea integrit\u0103\u021bii etice \u00een scris \u0219i publicare, conform <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/participants\/data\/ref\/fp7\/89888\/ethics-for-researchers_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201eEtica pentru cercet\u0103tori\u201d<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/participants\/data\/ref\/h2020\/other\/hi\/h2020-ethics_code-of-conduct_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201eCodul european de conduit\u0103 pentru integritatea \u00een cercetare\u201d<\/a> \u0219i urmeaz\u0103 <a href=\"http:\/\/publicationethics.org\/files\/Code%20of%20Conduct_2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201eCodul de conduit\u0103 \u0219i Ghidul de bune practici pentru editorii de reviste\u201d (COPE)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b80e8f30dd895f3b89eb47faed56150f\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; Toate aspectele etice de care trebuie s\u0103 \u021bine\u021bi cont \u00een timpul scrierii unui studiu (publicare frauduloas\u0103, plagiat, publicare duplicat, paternitate, conflict de interese) vor fi \u00een \u00eentregime evitate prin respectarea strict\u0103 a reglement\u0103rilor privind cit\u0103rile \u0219i drepturile de autor. \u00centreaga cercetare se va desf\u0103\u0219ura cu respectarea principiilor de integritate \u00een publica\u021bia de cercetare: \u201e<em>onestitate intelectual\u0103 \u00een raportarea cercet\u0103rii, acurate\u021bea \u00een reprezentarea contribu\u021biilor altor oameni de \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, colegialitate \u00een interac\u021biunile \u0219tiin\u021bifice, inclusiv comunicarea \u0219i schimbul de informa\u021bii<\/em>\u201d (<strong>Research Ethics for Social Scientists<\/strong>, Londra, 2006, p. 113).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cb1a901fed4d17725190099f547a17bd\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; \u00cen conformitate cu codul de conduit\u0103, <strong>Revista Bistri\u021bei<\/strong> va raporta orice cazuri de plagiat suspectat sau de publicare duplicat. Autorii trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 au scris lucr\u0103ri originale. \u00cen plus, trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 manuscrisul nu a fost emis \u00een alt\u0103 parte. Orice lucrare sau cuvinte ale altor autori, colaboratori sau surse ar trebui s\u0103 fie creditate \u0219i referite \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor. Atunci c\u00e2nd un autor descoper\u0103 o eroare semnificativ\u0103 sau o inexactitate \u00een propria sa lucrare publicat\u0103, este obliga\u021bia autorului s\u0103 notifice prompt editorul revistei \u0219i s\u0103 coopereze cu editorul pentru a retrage sau corecta lucrarea. Un autor accept\u0103 acordul de licen\u021b\u0103 \u00eenainte de a trimite articolul. Toate articolele trebuie trimise folosind procedura de depunere online. Ace\u0219tia trebuie s\u0103 evalueze \u00een mod obiectiv lucr\u0103rile depuse, precum \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i prezinte clar opiniile asupra lucr\u0103rilor \u00eentr-un mod clar \u00een formularul de recenzie. Key ethical concerns to consider when preparing a manuscript include authorship, fraudulent publication, plagiarism, duplicate publication, authorship responsibilities, and potential conflicts of interest. As a professional online publication, <em>Revista Bistri\u021bei<\/em> relies on adherence to ethical writing and publishing principles, in line with <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/participants\/data\/ref\/fp7\/89888\/ethics-for-researchers_en\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cEthics for Researchers\u201d<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/participants\/data\/ref\/h2020\/other\/hi\/h2020-ethics_code-of-conduct_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cEuropean Code of Conduct for Research Integrity\u201d<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/publicationethics.org\/files\/Code%20of%20Conduct_2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">COPE Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All ethical issues that must be considered during manuscript preparation (fraudulent publication, plagiarism, duplicate publication, authorship, conflict of interest) can be entirely avoided by strictly observing citation and copyright regulations. All research must be conducted in accordance with the principles of integrity in academic publishing: \u201cintellectual honesty in reporting research, accuracy in representing the contributions of other scholars, collegiality in scientific interactions, including communication and the exchange of information\u201d (Research Ethics for Social Scientists, London, 2006, p. 113).<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with its code of conduct, <em>Revista Bistri\u021bei<\/em> will report any suspected cases of plagiarism or duplicate publication. Authors must ensure that they submit original work. Moreover, they must guarantee that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere. Any content or wording taken from other authors, collaborators, or sources should be properly credited and referenced. Authors are also responsible for ensuring that their manuscript is linguistically edited prior to submission. By submitting their work as original articles, authors confirm that the submission represents their own contribution and that it has not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other sources without proper citation. Any content originating from other authors, contributors, or sources (including online content) must be properly acknowledged and cited.<\/p>\n<p>All authors must disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript (financial support for the project must also be disclosed). Editors must also ensure that all information related to submitted manuscripts is kept confidential prior to publication. The editor-in-chief coordinates the work of the editorial team.<\/p>\n<p>Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on content alone, regardless of the authors\u2019 ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, religious beliefs, or political philosophy. They must ensure that all information about submitted manuscripts is kept confidential and must inform the editor-in-chief if they become aware of any violations of copyright or plagiarism by an author. Reviewers must assess submitted works objectively and provide their opinions clearly in the review form.
